With a personality similar to that of exotic flavors, I have a rich experience of over a decade in the Hospitality Industry. I turned down International offers and worked with several prominent hotels in the country to elevate our culinary industry on the world map. Through my career I have mastered the art of incorporating locally sourced ingredients in the kitchen. With my vast knowledge and experience, I introduced various concepts like cooking with just a basket of ingredients and producing multiple exotic dishes and nurturing the fresh food concept. With an aim to reduce carbon footprint I follow the RRR rule that refers to Reduce non bio-degradable substances, Reuse relevant ingredients and Recycle to minimize the use of plastic. My finesse and suave persuaded me to take over the hospitality industry and revamp it to the modern and sophisticated era that we now live in. Embracing the philanthropist in me, I have trained and nurtured many talented individuals with a dream to excel in the Hospitality Industry. From encouraging them to explore the roots of their passion to executing it on a plate and in their work, I closely mentored these individuals. Giving back to the society has always been my ultimate goal and in the process I have conceptualized various projects like feeding the homeless and less fortunate people. From advocating women empowerment to standing by the members of the LGBTQIA+ community, my doors are open for anyone who is passionate about making their name in the culinary business. I do not believe in certificates from fancy schools, all that matters is the will to learn and the wit to succeed. The only way I express myself is by cooking.
